Łukasz Tobys
Chief Executive Officer
Łukasz is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, heading The Lawyers as Chief Executive Officer. For many years, he has been developing ventures in Poland and Spain, with a focus on real estate, investments and services tailored to international clients.
A graduate of the University of Zielona Góra and holder of an Executive MBA, he has gained extensive expertise in management and strategy, which he applies to leading complex international projects. On the Spanish market, Łukasz successfully built Loriini Furniture SL – a brand specializing in interior design and premium property services. This experience gives him a deep understanding of local economic realities, business processes and the expectations of high-end clients.
At the core of his leadership philosophy are direct relationships and a partnership-based approach. He believes that success in any industry is built on trust and long-term collaboration. Outside the office, Łukasz is passionate about golf and motoring – especially classic cars reimagined with modern technology, blending timeless design with innovation.
Susana Galdeano Mayorga
Legal Director
A qualified lawyer since 2013, Susana leads The Lawyers as Head of Legal, coordinating the team and overseeing every stage of the property transaction process. With a strong background in real estate law and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, she combines technical expertise with a natural ability to guide and support both clients and colleagues. Licensed by the Bar Association of Málaga, she ensures that every document and decision reflects the highest standards of professionalism and trust.

A graduate of the University of Wrocław, she also studied law in the Czech Republic and Bologna. Her cross-border expertise allows her to combine precise legal knowledge with diverse perspectives, making complex matters clear and accessible to clients.

Kamila Kerstan
Lawyer / Attorney-at-Law
Kamila is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Wrocław Bar Association. A graduate of the University of Wrocław, she specializes in civil and commercial law, with experience in providing comprehensive legal support to commercial companies. Her practice covers drafting and reviewing domestic and international contracts, preparing corporate documentation, and delivering legal opinions. She has recently begun postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management Law at the University of Wrocław, further enhancing her expertise in the property sector.
At The Lawyers, Kamila focuses on supporting real estate transactions, working closely with colleagues in Marbella and across the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca, while also advising clients locally in Wrocław. Her ability to bridge Polish and Spanish legal contexts ensures that clients can navigate complex processes with clarity and confidence.

With a background in data and marketing, Adam brings an analytical yet people-focused approach to his role as Key Account Manager at The Lawyers. Having lived in many different countries, he has developed a natural ability to connect with diverse clients and adapt to new challenges with ease. His international outlook and business expertise allow him to bridge perspectives and ensure every client feels supported throughout their journey.
